Job Description
Role Overview
- Managing the overall group consolidated audit along with local statutory audits
- Leading a dedicated finance team responsible for month-end accounts and consolidation preparations, acting as a review and advisory resource rather than GL booking
- Advising the finance team on accounting implications of non-routine transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and refinancing
- Supporting the business in implementing new accounting standards like IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
- Assisting with finance matters including the implementation of new ERP systems and revenue processes, focusing on controls and technical accounting
The Successful Candidate
- Experience with Big 4 or Top 20 practice at Manager or Senior Manager level
- Strong technical accounting skills, capable of researching and resolving complex issues
- Project management skills to handle multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
