Description
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall People Plan, through active participation and by leading people programme projects across the business.
- Provide proactive support and challenge to the senior management team on all aspects of people and organisation development, driving a high-performing culture and contributing to the business plan.
- Create and deliver local people plans to support this, ensuring they help deliver to critical business priorities and performance measures.
- Lead the annual cycle of people activity, including pay review, performance calibration, and employee engagement.
- Provide HR solutions to the business on employee engagement, organisational design/restructuring, talent and succession management, learning & development, performance management, and resource planning. Ensure HR solutions represent an appropriate balance between external market practice and internal policy and practice.
- Work in partnership with the HR Director and business leaders to diagnose cultural levers and interventions that will drive the right culture.
- Lead and drive organisational change initiatives by providing expertise in organisational design, change management, and engagement.
- Utilise HR metrics and analytics to drive data-led decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programmes and services.
Profile
- Experience as a strategic, commercially focused Senior HR Business Partner.
- A passion for driving change and optimisation, with proven achievements in delivering customer centric cultural change.
- Experience of leading organisational change with a focus on talent management, organisation design and culture change.
- Excellent Senior Stakeholder Management.
- Experience of leading a team.
- A good understanding of Reward and People Development methodologies and current best practice.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £80,000 – £110,000 (dependant on experience).
