Description

  • Manage the company’s reward and benefits strategy
  • Ensure effectiveness of rewards strategy across the organisation
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness
  • Partner with HR and Finance teams to align rewards strategy with business goals
  • Develop communication materials to promote understanding of rewards strategy
  • Manage reward-related projects as required
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Support the development of a culture that values high performance and recognition

Profile

A successful ‘Rewards Analyst’ should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in the media and agency industry (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of reward and benefits strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ideally with previous experience of completing job evaluation, benchmarking and implementation of reward/career frameworks.
  • Exposure to working with payroll/HR & benefits systems/understanding of payroll operations would also be advantageous.
