A Interim HR Director to:

– Provide strategic leadership to continue the delivery of the HR function

– Provide leadership to a wider HR Team

– Support the HR team after a period of change

– Support the organisation through an organisational change

– Coach, advice and guidance managers to support delivery of strategic priorities

– Lead on the strategic side of HR with a focus on culture and diversity, equity and inclusion

– Lead on organisational development initiatives

– Develop and embed a high performing culture, creating an inclusive work environment

– Additional priorities to be discussed

– Support with the TUPE of commissioned services and the renewal of any contracts

– Support the onboarding of a new CEO

Profile

An Interim HR Director with:

– Previous experience of leading a HR team in a not-for-profit organisation

– Previous experience of implementing a people strategy and strategic initiatives

– Experience of leading cultural and DEI programs

– Available to start from December

– Charity experience essential
