A Interim HR Director to:
– Provide strategic leadership to continue the delivery of the HR function
– Provide leadership to a wider HR Team
– Support the HR team after a period of change
– Support the organisation through an organisational change
– Coach, advice and guidance managers to support delivery of strategic priorities
– Lead on the strategic side of HR with a focus on culture and diversity, equity and inclusion
– Lead on organisational development initiatives
– Develop and embed a high performing culture, creating an inclusive work environment
– Additional priorities to be discussed
– Support with the TUPE of commissioned services and the renewal of any contracts
– Support the onboarding of a new CEO
