We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager with a passion for building and strengthening teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing all aspects of human resources, fostering a positive workplace culture with a focus on employee engagement.

Client Details

Our client is a growing UK hospitality business with head offices in London and several sites across the UK. This is a newly created HR Manager role to manage a team of 4 in a dynamic and innovative business who focus immensely on employee engagement.

Description

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation’s business goals
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  5. Nurture a positive working environment within the Hospitality environment
  6. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Profile

  • Must have CIPD level 7 upwards qualification
  • Experience in retail, hospitality also preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Job Offer
