Description
- Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Advise and support managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment processes using platforms like Workable.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
- Utilise HR systems such as Hi-Bob to maintain and update employee records.
- Coordinate and manage employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead performance management processes.
- Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
Profile
A successful HR Generalist should have:
- A solid understanding of all aspects of HR management within a SME
- An existing right to live and work in the UK without the need for sponsorship by the employer
- Substantial recent experience of supporting a call centre / sales client group of at least 50 headcount
- Demonstrable recent experience of managing complex Employee Relations cases under UK law
- Proficiency in HR systems like Hi-Bob and recruitment platforms like Workable.
- A keen interest in the FinTech, Technology & Telecoms industry.
- A strong ability to build relationships and influence at all levels within an organisation.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Financial Services experience desired but not essential
- Able to be in office 5 days per week during probationary period. (Hybrid considered after this)
