- Setting up the Training and Development function
- Implement and deliver Apprenticeship programme
- Deliver competency frameworks and career pathways
- Design and implement effective training programmes to meet organisational needs implementing a Training Academy
- Identify training gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions
- Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes, making improvements as needed
- Maintain accurate records of employee training implementing and managing a skills matrix
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in training practices
- Stay updated on trends and best practices within the industrial and manufacturing sector
Profile: A successful Training Manager should have:
- Proven experience in training and development within the industrial or manufacturing sector
- Have implemented competency frameworks and career pathways
- Have implemented an apprenticeship scheme
