The Talent Development Manager will play a pivotal role in designing and executing employee learning and development initiatives. This is a hybrid role, working for a fast-growing business in Abingdon.

You'll be joining a global HR team, reporting into the VP of Talent Organisational Development. There are 3 sites in the UK, with the Oxford office you'd be based out of focused on Research and Development for products. You'll work with colleagues based across various locations around the world and have the chance to really shape what Leadership Development and Career Frameworks look like in this newly created role.

The Talent Development Manager will:

  • Develop and implement talent development programmes to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design the strategy behind tailored learning solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage the creation of leadership development strategies for emerging and current leaders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent development.
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts through targeted development initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on talent development initiatives.
