We are seeking a Reward Manager to join our clients Human Resources team. The role is primarily responsible for leading and implementing the reward strategy to support the attraction, motivation, and retention of talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Manage the annual salary review and bonus process.
