We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resourcing Partner who will play a critical role in shaping our company's future by finding and attracting top talent in the Care Industry. The ideal candidate will be based in Hull and will be instrumental in achieving our company's hiring goals. Our client is a Private Equity backed business providing services to governing/healthcare bodies providing top class patient support.

Description

  • Developing and executing recruitment plans.
  • Working with hiring managers to define job requirements and outline job postings.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Building relationships with potential candidates and creating a pipeline of talent.
  • Utilising data and recruitment metrics to inform decisions and improve processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Implementing new ATS system.

Profile

  • Proven experience in a recruitment role within the care sector or similar.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and databases.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.

Job Offer

Competitive salary package, around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum. Site based in Hull (HU4).
