Michael Page HR is partnering with a leading UK care organisation to appoint an experienced People Business Partner for a regional portfolio across Surrey and the surrounding area. You will work with senior leaders to deliver people strategy, strengthen culture and engagement, and provide expert guidance across ER, talent and organisational change.

In this interim regional role you will support up to ten care homes, travel between sites and coach leaders to deliver the People Plan.
