Description: Working at a busy manufacturing site in Nuneaton, the role of HR Business Partner will be a varied, generalist, fast-paced role, supporting a Senior Business Partner. This will include but not limited to:
- Support the Senior Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to leaders and teams within the organisation.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning and succession planning.
- Collaborate on employee engagement strategies and implement improvements.
- Advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support with a wide range of employee relations cases, including complex situations.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Build productive relationships with Trade Union.
