  • Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance management cases.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  • Coach and support managers in applying HR policies, procedures and best practice.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases with confidence and professionalism.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across Manufacturing Operations.
  • Partner with operational leaders to identify workforce requirements and support future headcount planning.
  • Help develop effective talent attraction strategies for skilled and technical roles.
  • Support initiatives that improve employee retention and engagement.
  • Talent Development & Succession Planning
  • Support the development of future leaders and key talent within the business.
  • Contribute to succession planning initiatives and talent management programmes.
  • Help drive performance and development processes that enable employees to achieve their full potential.

We're looking for an HR professional who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
  • Strong employee relations experience, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management.
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
  • Degree educated or equivalent experience.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Resilient, adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
