Job Description An established London-based institution is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide first-line advice and support across the full employee lifecycle. The role will play a key part in organisational change activity, including redeployment, contract variations, exits, absence management and employee relations support Client Details This organisation operates within the not-for-profit sector and is based in London. They are currently undergoing significant organisational change and require an experienced HR professional to support managers and employees through this period of transition. Act as the first point of contact for managers on HR policy and employee relations matters. Provide advice on maternity, adoption, paternity and other family leave cases. Coordinate redeployment, redundancy, fixed-term contract endings and retirement processes. Draft HR documentation including contracts, variation letters and employee correspondence. Work closely with recruitment and HR administration teams to deliver an effective HR service. Support organisational change programmes and implementation of new operating models. Profile Previous HR Advisor, HR Officer or HR Coordinator experience. Strong employee lifecycle and generalist HR knowledge. Confident advising managers on policy, process and employee relations matters. Job Offer Β£172-Β£190 day rate Hybrid working, typically 3 days per week onsite.
