This HR Officer role offers the opportunity to support a busy people function across employee relations, recruitment, HR administration and HR projects. You'll work closely with managers and employees, providing first-line HR support while helping deliver an excellent employee experience

Description
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and employee relations matters.
- Maintain HR records, employee data and HR system information.
- Prepare HR documentation including contracts and employment changes.
- Support employee relations cases, investigations and formal meetings.
- Deliver onboarding activities and HR inductions.
- Produce HR reports and management information.
- Assist with policy reviews, HR projects and process improvements.
- Support wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Manage HR inbox queries and ensure timely responses.
- Keep up to date with employment law and HR best practice
Profile
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
- Experience supporting employee relations cases.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience using HR systems and databases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and collaborative approach
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from Β£32,000 to Β£37,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Hybrid working model with two days in the office each week.
- Permanent position in a not-for-profit organisation.
