- Relevant experience within a generalist HR/People position driving change across an assigned business area.
- Proven application of current Employment Law practices.
- Demonstrable experience in supporting complex ER issues.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and advise on cultural change.
- An understanding of requirements of working within a regulated environment.
- Experience of delivering training and people-related projects.
- Competent working knowledge of all system-based tools, including Microsoft Office.
Profile: A successful Interim HRBP should have:
