As an HR Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes and providing administrative support to the team.

A well-established and nationally recognised organisation is looking for an HR Coordinator to join its HR team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Description
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and employee records management.
- Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Maintain and update HR systems and databases with accurate employee information.
- Respond to employee queries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
- Prepare HR documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects as required.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information to the payroll team.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures at all times.
Profile
A successful HR Co-ordinator should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of HR systems and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
Job Offer
- Salary range from Β£34,500 - Β£34,700
- Flexible working arrangement - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
