An experienced HR Business Partner is required to support a large, complex organisation on a 12-month FTC, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive people strategy, organisational change, and operational HR delivery.

The role requires strong experience in TUPE (including acquisitions) and the ability to use people data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
