We are seeking an experienced Head of HR Systems to lead and optimise HR technology solutions within a multi site Leisure/Retail Business.
This role is based in Derbyshire and requires expertise in managing HR systems (pinned around Workday) to drive organisational efficiency and effectiveness. 2 days in the office and 3 from home.

Description Oversee the implementation, management, and optimisation of HR systems to meet organisational needs.
Be the Workday SME for the Business and lead the People Systems Teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR technology solutions.
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR systems, aligning with business goals.
Provide leadership and guidance on system upgrades, improvements, and data management.
Analyse HR data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain system security standards.
Lead the training and development of HR and wider teams on system functionalities.
