We're supporting a leading financial services organisation in the search for an ER & Operations Lead.
This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact across a multi-site business while helping to shape and enhance the people function.
- Description
- Acting as the lead contact for complex Employee Relations matters
- Coaching and supporting managers through disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability cases
- Overseeing people processes across the full employee lifecycle
- Maintaining and developing HR policies, procedures and governance frameworks
- Supporting risk, compliance and regulatory activities, including SMCR requirements
- Analysing people data and trends to drive continuous improvement
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience
- Profile
- Strong Employee Relations background
- Experience within HR Operations, Shared Services or People Partnering
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience within a regulated environment would be advantageous
- SMCR experience would be beneficial
