Work closely with operational teams and business leaders to provide practical, proactive HR support across a wide range of people matters. Deliver a high-quality business partnering service that builds capability, strengthens culture, and enhances the overall employee experience, aligned to the company's purpose and values. This role requires flexibility to travel across the UK as needed to support on-site activity.

Lead and develop the People Adviser, providing coaching and support to maximise performance. Partner with leaders to understand challenges and deliver commercially focused, medium-long term people solutions. Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence matters. Use data and insight to shape effective, evidence-based people strategies. Support acquisitions and onboarding activity, ensuring alignment with policies and processes. Assist in adopting new technology and data-led approaches to improve services and experience. Drive process improvements to enhance employee experience and streamline people journeys.
