Work closely with operational teams and business leaders to provide practical, proactive HR support across a wide range of people matters. This role requires flexibility to travel across the UK as needed to support on-site activity.
Lead and develop the People Adviser, providing coaching and support to maximise performance. Partner with leaders to understand challenges and deliver commercially focused, medium-long term people solutions. Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence matters. Use data and insight to shape effective, evidence-based people strategies. Support acquisitions and onboarding activity, ensuring alignment with policies and processes. Assist in adopting new technology and data-led approaches to improve services and experience. Drive process improvements to enhance employee experience and streamline people journeys.
