Description
- Own the end-to-end HR admin lifecycle, from offers through to onboarding and offboarding.
- Keep employee data accurate in SAP SuccessFactors and deliver clear, actionable reporting.
- Build and maintain Excel dashboards to support KPIs and decision-making.
- Coordinate recruitment logistics, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Manage compliance processes, including right-to-work and employment checks.
- Support payroll administration across UK and US teams.
- Act as the go-to for day-to-day HR queries.
- Provide general admin support, including meetings, events, and occasional reception cover.
Profile
- Essential HR admin experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups) with the ability to produce accurate reports.
- Experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors a plus).
