Description

  • Support the HR Team with a HRIS upgrade and functionality improvements
  • Lead the communication around the global HRIS transformation project to ensure that the project is communicated in a clear and concise way to gain buy in and engagement from the organisation
  • Support the HR System team to drive new systems and processes to create innovation
  • Educate the organisation on why the HR system improvements is beneficial to them
  • Ensure the HRIS functionality improvement project is successfully delivered and bought in to via the wider business
  • Partner with global stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered in clear and engaging communications
  • Ensure the project adheres to timelines, and milestones and utilise your project management experience
  • Manage the HRIS transformation project to ensure it's integrated effectively to the organisation
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Use HR metrics and HR processes to enhance employee engagement
  • Ensure the HR technology change is implemented smoothly with strong stakeholder engagement

Profile

  • Previous HRIS change experience
  • Previous experience of communicating change across an organisation in a clear, concise and impactful way
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience
  • Previous understanding of HR system upgrades and functionality improvements as well as managing multiple projects at one time
  • Good cross collaboration experience
  • Global and matrix organisation experience essential
  • Open to sector background
