Description
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers across multiple markets to deliver hiring strategies and talent solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Recruit across a broad range of positions, including technical, software engineering and corporate functions.
- Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, candidate assessment and best practice hiring processes.
- Drive the adoption of AI sourcing tools and recruitment technology to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
- Utilise ATS data and recruitment metrics to provide insight, influence decision making and improve recruitment performance.
- Lead strategic talent projects including onboarding enhancement, competency-based selection frameworks and internal mobility initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure consistent hiring standards and processes.
Profile
- Proven experience operating as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner or Senior Talent Acquisition professional.
- Strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Experience recruiting across both technical and corporate functions.
- Exposure to international or multi-country recruitment environments.
- Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn, job boards and talent pooling methodologies.
- Experience using recruitment data and analytics to drive hiring strategy and performance.
- Knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
