- Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising vacancies, screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Act as the main HR point of contact for apprentices and contractors, including support relating to IR35 requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees and contractors.
- Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate learning, training and development programmes across the business.
- Ensure employee data and HR documentation are maintained accurately and compliantly.
- Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries and employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and best practice.
- Provide general HR administration and support across the wider HR function

We are looking for an HR professional who can quickly integrate into a growing technical and engineering-focused environment.
You will ideally have
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (Level 3 considered with relevant experience).
- Previous experience in a HR Generalist or HR Officer position.
- Experience within a similar-sized organisation, ideally a multinational business.
- Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, industrial, energy, utilities, automation or project-based environments would be highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing recruitment and supporting organisational growth.

- A salary of £40,000 to £44,000, dependent on the level of experience.
