- Leading recruitment strategy and delivery across the business
- Managing, mentoring and developing an existing recruiter
- Improving candidate attraction, screening, quality and conversion rates
- Enhancing onboarding processes and early-stage employee retention
- Partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning and people initiatives
- Driving employee engagement, performance and people-related KPIs
- Supporting employee relations, learning & development and wider HR projects
Profile
- A successful Recruitment & Retention Manager should have:
- Experience in recruitment and retention within a human resources setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
- Proven ability to analyse data and develop actionable strategies.
- Confidence in collaborating with various stakeholders across an organisation.
- Immediately available or able to start at short notice preferred.
Job Offer
Permanent position with a salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience. Other benefits provided by the employer (details available upon discussion).
