Description
Monitor budgets and oversee resource allocation for operational activities.Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Director of HR & Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership across HR, estates, IT and business operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading the delivery of the organisation's people, estates and digital strategies.
Driving organisational growth projects, including onboarding new sites and supporting expansion initiatives.
Providing leadership to HR, IT and operational teams, developing capability and fostering a high-performance culture.
Overseeing estates and facilities management to ensure safe, compliant and effective environments.
Leading organisational change and continuous improvement programmes.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory, governance, health & safety and operational requirements.
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, trustees, leaders and external partners.
Contributing as a key member of the executive leadership team and helping shape long-term organisational strategy.
Profile
A successful Director of HR & Operations will demonstrate:
Proven experience leading operational functions at a strategic level.
Strong HR leadership experience, alongside exposure to estates, facilities, IT or business operations.
