Description
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers across a range of employee relations matters
- Manage complex disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, absence and probation cases
- Support long-term sickness absence management, Occupational Health referrals and workplace adjustments
- Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support recruitment activity and provide advice on employment matters
- Deliver training, coaching and guidance to managers
- Contribute to organisational change, consultation exercises and HR projects
- Analyse workforce data and produce HR reports to support decision-making
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an effective and professional HR service
