A not-for-profit organisation is looking for a Permanent HR Operations Manager to join at short notice. The role is to support a newly established team, develop high performance, enhance employee experience, and implement overall improvements. The role is based in London with hybrid working.

A HR Operations Manager will:

  • Provide coaching and development to a newly established team to develop high performance
  • Develop SLA's, KPI's, and a ticketing system to provide good customer service
  • Strengthen team capability
  • Coach and advise managers
  • Ensure HR Processes are adhered to
  • Support the organisation through a transitional period and partner closely with the Centres of Excellence
  • Support the team to manage HR queries and prevent escalation
  • Drive continuous improvement and develop new ways of working
  • Improve employee experience and support with effective onboarding
  • Ensure compliance standards are maintained
  • Review HR Processes and provide improvements

A HR Operations Manager should have:

  • Previous line management experience
  • Previous experience in delivering a strong HR Operations and shared service model to an organisation
  • Experience supporting with SLA, KPI's, and a ticketing system
  • Openness to sector background
