Reporting into senior leadership, the Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle and deliver a comprehensive HR service across the organisation.

Description

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
  • Maintaining contracts, employee records and HR documentation.
  • Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Supporting performance management, absence management and employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Managing employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and investigations.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, safeguarding requirements and organisational policies.
  • Overseeing HR systems, reporting and workforce data.
  • Coordinating learning and development activities and staff training programmes.

Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience managing employee relations cases independently.
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience maintaining HR systems and producing management information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Job Offer

  • Salary between Β£42,000 and Β£52,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Permanent position in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Based in London.
  • 5 Days a week on site
