Description
You will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities, including:
- Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding
- Preparing offer letters, employment contracts, contract amendments, promotion letters and bonus documentation
- Coordinating right-to-work checks, background screening and new starter administration
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on policies, processes and employment matters
- Managing employee absence records and ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Supporting project review cycles, coordinating review launches and monitoring completion rates
- Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding employee arrivals, departures and access requirements
- Processing visa support documentation for employees travelling to or relocating within Europe
- Providing recruitment support, including interview scheduling, candidate communication and system updates
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and HR projects as required
Profile
You will ideally have:
- At least 5 years' experience within an HR position
- Experience working within professional services, consulting, legal, financial services or another fast-paced commercial environment
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to support employees at all levels, including senior leadership
- Strong HR systems capability and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A discreet and professional approach when handling sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
