As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting employees and leaders through important moments across the employee lifecycle.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll manage complex HR matters, provide guidance on policies and procedures, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery.
Working within a collaborative HR team, you'll balance employee relations support, operational HR activities, and process improvement initiatives to ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex and non-standard HR cases across areas including employee relations, attendance, employee lifecycle matters, benefits, and policy interpretation.
- Partner with managers and employees to provide practical HR advice and solutions.
