HR Advisor - Manufacturing

You will be a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing pragmatic advice across the full breadth of HR Client Details We are working with a well-established organisation in the industrial manufacturing and engineering sector, supporting a major UK manufacturing operation of around 600 employees. Description As a trusted HR partner, you'll work closely with managers and senior leaders across the business, providing expert advice and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Leading end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing operations and supporting workforce planning initiatives. Managing a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinaries, grievances, capability processes, absence management, redundancy, retirement and dispute resolution. Coaching and supporting managers on employment law, HR best practice, policies and procedures. Supporting succession planning, talent management and career development initiatives to build strong leadership pipelines. Driving improvements in employee engagement through regular communication forums, colleague feedback and cultural change initiatives.
