Manage complex employee relations cases with confidence and professionalism. Recruitment Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across Manufacturing Operations. Partner with operational leaders to identify workforce requirements and support future headcount planning. Help develop effective talent attraction strategies for skilled and technical roles.
