Description
- Managing Employee Relations cases from investigation through to hearing and appeal
- Providing practical HR advice and coaching to managers
- Supporting disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management cases
- Reviewing and developing people policies and procedures
- Delivering manager training and guidance
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and wider HR projects
- Helping to drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Profile
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Confident managing cases independently
- Good understanding of employment legislation and ACAS guidance
- Able to hit the ground running from day one
- Open sector background
- Passionate about supporting managers and creating positive employee experiences
