You'll be working with senior leaders across a variety of locations to help produce dashboards, analyse trends in employee data and make suggestions on how to improve the functionality of the system, alongside the HRIS team.
Description
The People Data Analyst will
- Analyse and interpret employee data to support HR strategies and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain HR data reports and dashboards for various stakeholders on Success Factors.
- Identify trends and patterns within workforce data to offer actionable insights.
- Support the implementation of data-driven HR initiatives and projects.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Continuously improve data processes and reporting methods.
