Description
The HR Advisor will:
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Support employee relations, including handling queries and resolving workplace issues.
- Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding new staff members.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to support business objectives.
- Advise on performance management and support managers with appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to deliver a consistent and efficient service.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Experience in an HR role, preferably in an environment where policies are still being established.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Job Offer
- Salary between £38,000 and £42,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Enhanced pension scheme.
- Hybrid working, 1/2 days per week from home.
- An initial 12 month fixed term contract with a clear scope of responsibilities.
