Description
- Dispense and provide advice on a wide range of healthcare products.
- Offer exceptional customer service to meet the needs of the local community.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Manage stock levels and ensure the availability of essential products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members as required.
- Act as a key point of contact for healthcare-related queries.
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm / Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm. Requirement to work at least 1 in 4 Saturdays, preferably every other Saturday.
