This role is based in the healthcare department of a retail organisation located in Bromsgrove.
Description
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently while providing expert advice to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and professional pharmacy regulations.
- Manage stock levels and place orders to maintain an optimal supply of medicines and healthcare products.
- Oversee and support the pharmacy team in daily operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries related to prescriptions and healthcare products.
- Provide clinical advice and guidance to customers to support their health and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Support business objectives by meeting sales and service targets.
- Full time position working Monday - Friday and alternate Saturdays.
Profile
A successful Pharmacist should have:
- Full registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and healthcare practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and lead by example.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
