Description
- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices and purchase orders.
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements and financial records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for internal use.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders regarding financial queries.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
- Experience using accounting software and tools.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
