Description
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and report on financial performance and variances.
- Assist with cost analysis and control for manufacturing operations.
- Oversee reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance function.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting part-qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Experience in management accounting, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance teams.
