Description
- Processing invoices and payments accurately and within set timeframes
- Maintaining up-to-date accounts payable records
- Resolving invoice discrepancies and issues
- Performing monthly reconciliations
- Assisting with end of month closing
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
- Maintaining vendor relationships
- Supporting the wider Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc tasks
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
- An educational background in Accounting & Finance or a related field
- Experience working in an Accounts Payable role
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office, particularly excel.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £23,000 to £29,000 per annum
