Description

  • Processing invoices and payments accurately and within set timeframes
  • Maintaining up-to-date accounts payable records
  • Resolving invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Performing monthly reconciliations
  • Assisting with end of month closing
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
  • Maintaining vendor relationships
  • Supporting the wider Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc tasks

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:

  • An educational background in Accounting & Finance or a related field
  • Experience working in an Accounts Payable role
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office, particularly excel.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Job Offer
