Description
- Specify the market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research.
- Drive the development of product requirements and manage product launches.
- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, and lead all product-related marketing initiatives.
- Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for product lines.
- Deliver product presentations and training sessions to teams and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Engineering team to deliver products that meet market needs.
- Monitor and manage competitive activity and market trends.
- Responsible for the product's profitability and commercial success.
Profile
A successful Product Manager - Mortgages should have:
- A degree or background within in Business Maths, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
- Experience working specifically with Mortgage or financial pricing based products
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Job Offer
