The NetSuite Architect will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimising NetSuite solutions tailored to client needs. This temporary role requires expertise in NetSuite architecture within the business services industry.

Our client is seeking an experienced NetSuite Architect to support a critical programme of work focused on stabilising, optimising, and enhancing their NetSuite platform. This role will play a key part in aligning system capability with finance and billing processes, including ZoneBilling, while ensuring governance, resilience, and scalability.

As the NetSuite Architect, you will be responsible for assessing the current system landscape and delivering a structured roadmap of improvements. You will lead architectural design and oversee end-to-end delivery across change, release, and optimisation activity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing the current NetSuite environment and defining a prioritised roadmap of enhancements and fixes
  • Providing clear architectural recommendations and solution designs aligned to business needs
  • Leading end-to-end change delivery, including requirements gathering, build, testing, UAT, and release
  • Establishing robust change control, documentation, and release management processes
  • Supporting system upgrades and ensuring alignment to best practice
  • Aligning platform design with disaster recovery and business continuity requirements
  • Reviewing and optimising subscription and usage billing processes (ZoneBilling), improving accuracy and automation
  • Strengthening governance across roles, permissions, and data access, supporting audit and compliance requirements
  • Engaging with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide delivery updates

Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong NetSuite architecture and delivery experience within complex environments
  • Deep understanding of SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, integrations, and system controls
  • Proven experience working with ZoneBilling
  • A track record of leading change delivery within governance-led or audit-focused environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
