To oversee and optimise the smooth day to day running of the Warehouse operation including people planning, maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy, implementing safety and compliance standards and demonstrating innovative approach to improving operational processes.

Description
The Warehouse Operations Manager will:
- To uphold the People First culture and foster an environment of inclusion and equity across the teams.
- To be visible to your team and demonstrate our company values daily.
- Accountable for the ongoing performance of the Warehouse operations including the achievement of the agreed service levels and budget.
- Set priorities for direct reports and their teams, ensuring a balance between consistent day-to-day delivery against KPI's, longer term planning and also support of key operational projects and initiatives.
- Role model company competencies and act as a coach to strengthen the pipeline with talented and committed managers of the future.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities through the use of Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Exceptional Health and Safety performance within areas of control, leading from the front and driving positive health and safety culture in the DC and across the network.
- Ensure Site is audit ready at all times for health and safety and food quality standards.
