- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
- Oversee cash flow management and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting standards.
- Lead the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at senior levels.
- Manage and develop the finance team to optimise performance.
- Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls and procedures.
Profile
The successful applicant should have:
- Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of compliance standards.
- Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team effectively.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from Β£70,000 to Β£75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
