Description
- Oversee the transactional finance team and ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure budget adherence.
- Conduct regular financial audits and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide training and guidance to finance staff as necessary.
- Assist in the development of the department's strategic plan.
Profile
A successful Transactional Finance Supervisor should have:
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership and team skills

Job Offer
- An hourly salary of around £16.50-£20.00
