Description
- Oversee daily financial operations and financial planning
- Develop strategies to optimise financial performance and strategic position
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and risk analysis processes
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulators
- Present financial reports to the board, stakeholders, and executives
- Contribute to the company's financial strategy and decision-making processes
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Finance, Accounting or similar field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of data privacy standards and financial regulations
- Excellent skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in finance software and various IT systems
Job Offer
- A competitive salary, ranging from £45,000 to £50,000 DOE
- Early finish on Fridays at 1:30 pm
