Job Description This FP&A Analyst role focuses on providing financial planning and analysis to support decision making across the UK business. You'll be responsible for analysing data, preparing reports, and working closely with stakeholders. Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts. Analyse financial data and identify trends to support decision-making. Report on key metrics (KPIs) to track business performance. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and procedures. Support the budgeting process and assist with variance analysis. Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis as required. A background in accounting, finance or a related discipline, ideally with a CIMA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent) Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
