Description:
- Process and issue invoices in accordance with contract terms and billing schedules.
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyse ageing reports and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to verify billing details and resolve customer queries.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.
- Support audits and provide documentation as required.
May be working towards their accountancy degree.
Profile:
The successful candidate will have experience in the above and be on short notice.
